We take the health of our staff and clients seriously. We follow government and industry guidance and have conducted our own internal risk assessment to introduce safe working practices and increased sanitisation throughout the office building. We will keep this policy under review.

We will continue to offer appointments by telephone, Zoom, MS Teams etc.

In order for us to be able to continue face to face contact with clients at the office, we would ask clients to ensure the following:

• Do not attend the office more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
• Do not attend with anyone else.  This helps to keep the number of people in the office to a minimum. If you have childcare issues and need to bring a child with you to your appointment, please advise us of this prior to the day of your appointment.
• Please wear a face mask/covering at all times when you are in the office building. If you do not have one, then one will be provided. If you are exempt from wearing a face mask/covering for medical reasons, please advise us of this at the time of making the appointment.
• Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry into the office building.
