Partner & Head of Crime & Fraud
Nev qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and is a co-founding partner of McKenzies solicitors. He is the head of the criminal and fraud departments and has extensive experience in dealing with serious and complex criminal offences. Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has vast experience in criminal defence law. Steven qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Prior to this, he worked as a legal advisor to the magistrates for several years. Steven is a solicitor advocate and regularly defends clients at court. His advocacy skills and encyclopedic knowledge of the law are exceptional and clients comment on his professionalism and ability to construct and deliver a persuasive argument that often leads to favourable outcomes.

David Claydon

David initially qualified as a barrister and regularly represented clients in the crown court. He discovered aa desire to be more involved in the preparation of a case from the outset and transferred to become a solicitor in 2003. He has extensive experience and deals with all types of criminal offences.
